1. Can I change my order later?

We work with efficient, automatic processes. Therefore, you cannot change your order after it has been placed.You can, however, change the shipping address as long as your order has not yet been sent.

2. What metods of payments are accepted ?

Credit Card
Paying by credit card works exactly the way you are used to: quick and easy. After completing your order, the card will be charged on the following day. We accept the following credit cards:
American Express

The make a secure and fast payment with PayPal, log into your PayPal account, review your order, and approve the payment. After confirming your payment, you will be directed back to VStudio Shop. Fast, easy, and secure.

3. What countries does VStudio deliver to?

For the moment we accept orders only from EUROPE.

4. How do I check the status of my order?

We automatically send you e-mail updates on the status of your order. This occurs when your order is received and when it is shipped.

5.How long will my order take?

The shipping time is about 10 working days after payment is confirmed but also depends on the periods of the year.

6. How will my order be packaged and shipped?

We send your product in secure, custom-made packaging designed specifically for art and use selected shipping partners.

7.How can I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order for up to 2 hours after submitting it. Send us an email with orders details and we will cancel it. After the 2 hour time limit, your order enters the production process, which is why it is unfortunately not possible to cancel it after that time.
Please note that the entire amount due for the order is automatically debited in advance upon submitting the order.After canceling an order, you will promptly receive an e-mail confirmation.

What happens if the Fine Art doesn't meet my expectations?

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. For that reason, we request that you please contact us immediately if something is not up to your expectations. Together, we will find a solution for your concerns, whether it is through producing the product anew or in the form of some compensation. We strive to continually improve based on your feedback in order to continue to ensure your satisfaction in the future. To contact us, please send an e-mail to within two weeks of receiving the goods. Please use the subject line: “Satisfaction Guarantee” and include your order number as well as an exact description of the problem. Please include at least two photos that clearly document the issue so that we can make a qualified assessment. We will analyze your case in order to make sure we can continue to meet to our high standards. Then will contact you to find a solution as quickly as possible.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Please check your delivery in the presence of the delivery person. If you find damages, you should refuse the delivery. Then contact us ( right away so that we can get a replacement made right away. For fast processing it is very helpful to e-mail photos documenting the damage to our team. In the event that you have already accepted the order before spotting damage(s), please contact our team right away. Please keep the original packaging in case the goods need to be shipped back.
